What I have noted is that it is easier fro people to tell you about their anger than to tell you about their fascination. It is easier for people to tell what they really think when they are angry against you, than when they do like the job you do. Are you like that, if yes do you agree it is would be better and useful to tell people sweet thgs u think about them/their job.
