If the cab driver or man at the grocessary stores say he does not have change do you pay extra or arrange for change...many times i have come acrossed this sitiuation where cab driver say he has no change.. i dont like to pay extra be it a penny i go and arrange for change but at times i have to compromise! In india cab drivers take really advantage of the sitiuation and they need a excuse to remove money from your pocket!! I have newly shifted in this area and this milk man always tells me he has no change and take a ropee or so extra... from tommorow i am going to change my milk store!! Do you leave if you dont have change or have you come across anyone not sparing you for penny?? share your expriance or taughts with me!!!

A cab driver only has change. If not, he is lying. :P I do come across cab drivers who have no change and they will usually volunteer to take less. They can't make you pay more unless you offer. But normally, if the cab driver had been nice, I would just ask him to keep the change.

I live in a little country village and the grocery store here would never say they haven't change. If they didn't have change, then they wouldn't take all my money from me and they would say that I can pay them the next time I am in the shop. They are so nice, that I will always return to the shop so this means extra business for them. Our cab drivers are much the same as yours. I don't mind giving them a few extra euros as a tip but I don't like them to overcharge me for the fare which is often what they do.

When I drove cab one of the hardest things to do was keep enough change. Some nights you would receive nothing but change other nights I was always short. I never charged the customer extra as that is wrong. I would charge them less as it was my responsibility. I won't pay more than I should for something, I will go to another store just on principle.
