I have this job, Its super easy, super friendly, and everyone is generaly happy there. The only problem is that I don't make enough money to support myself and forsee no raise in any near future, no matter how much I beg. I don't want to leave this job, its too good, but circumstance is forcing me to pick better options. Any thought on the subject?

I have the same situation.I get a job from a Japanese company which is one of FORTUNE 500.The colleagues are very friendly to me and it's a easy job,but the salary is low and it's not easy to get a raise.I analyse this job:it's a foreign company in China,so there are a lot to learn.First,I must know the frame of a big company and its culture.Second,I must work hard to get rich experience.Third, I need improve my English urgently, you know,it is very important to speak English fluently, especially in a foreign compay in China.I think it is time for apply a new job after two years work experience. That's all for me and my job analyzing.Hope it is useful for you.
