While I grew up in the make-up days, and my first exposure to KISS was being terrified of Gene Simmons during naptime, my favorite Kiss years were during the late 80's early 90's. A girlfriend of mine and I went to see them in concert three times during the Hot in the Shade tour, and it was just such a fantastic time. I saw them again during the make-up reunion, and I just didn't have near as much fun. I thought I would, but *shrugs* nope. So how about you? What is your favorite part in Kisstory?

My favorite was during their downfall according to most KISSfans. It was the late 70s into the Early 80s. Basically during their Dynasty & Unmasked albums. They wore some very stylish costumes with capes & bright colors. Most KISSfans did not like how disco-like it sounded but it was very upbeat and had great guitar solos. Some songs even had synthesizers too. Sure Peter Criss did not play much(he was subbed in by Anton Fig), but it also introduced Eric Carr into the band with the Unmasked tour. Ace sang 3 songs on each album, Paul sang lots of the hits that actually were good to some KISSfans.
