Yes, I do love to read ghost story books. They're actually my favorite...^_^ Like here in the Philippines, there's the "Philippine Ghost Stories." I also had some books containing compilation of ghost stories of Malaysia and Singapore, too.^_^ This Malay and Singapore book has many topics other than ghost encounters like the pontianak (am I correct?) and some other stuffs. Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete the whole set because I don't have money to buy all of 'em and books are getting more expensive!! Waaaaaaah!! I also read books of Stephen King... -they're not actually all about ghosts, but they're fun to read because they do give me the chills and Stephen King's books also give the readers this really disturbed or uneasy feeling...^_^

so you think reading is more scary than watching? hmm, that is your opinion then. i love both of them, reading and watching. it gives me different feels.

I can't think of a particular book of ghost stories, right off hand, but I can tell you that as a child I lovedd reading them, and then as I got older, I took an interest in "The Unexplained," and all kinds of things beyond ghosts, but interesting just the same.
