where's our sense of compassion?

compassion involves the willingness to put yourself in someone else's shoes. its the recognition that other people's problems, their pain and frustration, are every bit as real as our own. in recognizing this fact and trying to offer some assistance, we open our own hearts and enhance our sense of gratitude. as Mother Teresa reminds us "we cannot do great things on this earth." we can only do smal things with great love." i hope this would becom a reality check for us because some people in this world today seem too busy to share their time and compassion to some less fortunate brothers and sisters. do you agree with me?

This is so true, and the world would be a much better place if more people would show a little compassion.

yes, i agree. its time for us to think of someone other than themselves cause if everybody thinks and act this way, i think it would really make great difference in the kind of society we are living in.
