Do You Like "Wake Me Up When September End"?

Green Day is one of my fav bands, but I do not like this song very much, it was overplayed on the radio and now I have just had enough... Their less played stuff is amazing, the lyrics are so inspiring and they still manage to make it sound good too.

I also love this song!I first heared of Green day when I was watching a show about men.A person sang a song called "wake me up when September ends" from Green day.Later,I looked for many songs from Green day through the Internet such as warning ,holiday and so on.I paid more attention to them.

Yes and i'm a Green Day fan as well. The lyrics are very strong and also the video is really impressive. The song has different emotions of a man in various stages of his life; first he is in love then he's married and have responsibilities.He is then into the army and thus into another realm of life..So i like the song because it is really a very strong and expressive.

I've been a Green Day fan for a long time. Have all of the U.S. publishe albums. "Wake me up.." isn't one of my favorite songs, but is there really a bad Green Day song? I don't thing so. I just happen to like their really fast stuff, so a couple of their big hits that were slower are not my favorites. But that's just me. The reason I listen to Green Day is for the speedy songs.

well, i have to say that greenday is always in my playlist. but this song... i don't know, i don't really like it... it's to... cheesy for what i expected from greenday. on the other hand, i love Jesus of suburbia. it has a little bit of everything combined in the greatest way.
