I have read this before in a book. I can't remember who wrote this and from what book I have copied it. Once I read such, I keep a copy of it with me. Here's the content: The Grammar of Right Living Get your grammar right! Live in the active voice rather than in the passive, thinking about what you do than about what happens to you. Live in the indicative mood rather than in the subjunctive concerned with things as they are, rather than as they might be. Live in the present tense, facing the duty at hand without regret for the past or worry about the future. Live in the first person, criticizing yourself, rather than finding faults with others. Live in the singular number caring more for the approval of your own conscience than for the applause of the crowd. If you want to verb to conjugate, you cannot do better than to take the verb TO LOVE. Hope everyone would like it too. Share your comments. I'll be waiting for everyone. Have a nice day!

I like this passage and it should be the right grammar everyone should comply. Why don't we start finding our faults rather than doing it to others? This only reminds that sometimes without even noticing that we go beyond our respective fences, of which it should be our borderline and if we cross beyond, it means, you failed to stay within. It is sometimes most likely to be reminded because the more we get, the more we forget.

yes, hmike, it is curious why others will prefer to point fingers at others for their wrong doing. it is best that we recognize our mistakes. this is the only way that by which we can do examine our actions and doings. then correct the points which needs to be straightened out.

the piece you have presented here gives sound advices as to how to live life. we have to actively participate - do our share in this world, it will not be wise to wallow in the glories of the past as today matters most, neither will it be wise to blame others for whatever that goes wrong - it will be better if we examine ourselves and see where was it where we did wrong, for that that way we can institute corrections. as we live life, we have our conscience to guide us, let us take heed of it.

I have read your grammer of right living and I fully understood that we must be active in what ever we do in our lives. Is this what I mean it does?

That is very wonderful. It is so easy to dwell on the past and the future. You miss so much of life if you don't live it day by day.I will have to find the name of the book and the author's name. As an amatuer poet, I appreciate good prose or poems. This is a good piece and you can do well to consider it and use as a life lesson.

Most of the things you mentioned are very right. Every one should know about himself or herself that what he can do and what he should do. To keep every thing on its right place is the real sense of life. Paying duties and and proper placement of own and others' right is the key to live peacefully in this world.
