Should I click on attractive ads

Should I click the ads???? - Should I attractive ads which have meaning like join for free and earn in dollars, earn 500$ per month and so on. Are they real or they are fraud.

Well since last few months I have been getting many attractive ads. The ads are very attractive and have heading like earn in dollars, earn upto 500$ per month, etc. So what should I do. Should I click them or they are just the frauds.
