what age do you love ?

When i was 12 years, I did not have any self conscoiusness about myself! Then one day I was in a nearby bush and all the village girls were eating mangoes, some were on the tree while others were simply gathering the fruits as they fell down! Then they started a gossip? One asked who is the most handsome boy in this village? I was pleasantly shocked to hear them shout my name in a chorus! I sneaked away without them having to see me but I was smiling all day long! That same day, another friend of my older sister visisted us, she was a grown up girl, she looked at me and then turned to my sister and said I had the best set of teeth she had ever seen! I thought it was a bonus day for me, these remarks made feel very positive about my looks all my life-I have a feeling that age has put a bit of its toll on me today at 44 years but that does not take away how those remarks made me feel at 12 years!
