how to earn and transfer through paypal in mylot??

hi to all i am a new user and i just read and searched through the faq's and some posts made earlier.but i couldnt figure out that how the earnings are calculated.secondly,what is the procedure for a paypal account.do i chose personal or premium? and since i am an indian resident , how will my funds be transfered?? i can use an atm card. plz help on this...
