I prefer baked chicken the best. It is actually healthier then fried chicken, and tastes much better then boiled.

I agree with Jennifer21, baking chicken in just about anything: garlic, lemon, curry, cream of mushroom soup, cream of onion soup, cheddar cheese, tomatoe sauce, lots of veggies with it, IS THE BEST! Baking as opposed to frying is healthier by far and certainly the taste of boiling is well there is really no taste . . . sauteeing is very good too and Sesame oil or rich olive oil works the best in that scenario.

I always eat at fast foods, where they server fried chicken, spicy or not. I prefer the fried chicken more than the boiled one. But I love the taste of my chicken fried after been boiled in a spices clear soup. The taste of the spices which absorbed by the chicken during the boiling process is very nice when it goes to the frying pan. Most of the time, I just dumped the whole chicken for boiling in the spices soup and after that fry it in the deep fryer for just 1 or 2 minutes.

Like this, I can make sure that the fat of the chicken been reduced while boiling them and the taste of blended spices and fried chicken is still there.

Well of course I would love to have fried chicken, but with a 40 something year old body, that fried chicken isn't good for me! I only eat my chicken grilled or baked and with no skin. The skin is all fat. I am a big eater of chicken but haven't had fried chicken in probably 10 years.
