You have an editable place at the top of your webpage, maybe you could add your shipping information there.
1. After you receive payment, when do you ship? (immediately, within 48 hours, only on Fridays, etc.)
2. How do you ship, parcel post, UPS, fedex, etc.
3. How do you calculate charges, flat rate, based on weight, exactly what you are charged?
4. Do you have any handling fees?
