every insurance company is equally good. but what u need to see is, which insurance plan is best suits ur needs best. the plan which fits ur need is best & the company offering that plan is best insurance company for u. got is dear

as nrightly pointed out below. ICICI Pru is supposed to be the best Insurance player in the mkt. Though, most corporates prefer taking TATA AIG or Bajaj Alliance as corporate Ins for their employees. see what suits ur needs and take the best plan...cheers
