Do you love your job? How do you do it?

Hi! I am a Human Resource Manager and I love my job... Sometimes it is very hard work, but each day is different and I enjoy it... Yes I look forward to coming to work and I enjoy very much what I do... I have been doing this for 16 months now and I think that all going well I will be here for a while longer as well. I am not planning on changing my job in the very near future. I love being a mom more, but hey it is not everyday that a mother gets to stay home with her children. In South Africa jobs are scarce and I am just grateful that I have a good job and one that I really enjoy.

i don't love my job though it has great value and my position is important but then our boss does not seem to mind my good work that is why no matter what i do it will never be noticed and it is monotonous and by routine that is why i find it boring. But by next month i will be transfered to other position so it is another working environement and another challenge for me. Lets see i might like the new job.

i am a customer relation representative here in the philippines..this is my first job after i graduated from college.and i am very thankful for having this kind of job.our company offers us a lot of benefit and we do have a big salary offer.i have my friends here and i have a good working condition.but sometimes i do feel that i need more challenge on my work..coz my work here was just assissting customers over the phone..and we do it over-and over again..sometimes,it made me so bored.i am just sitting here,waiting for the customer to call and just assisst them..i love my work,but seems like i want it to become more challenging.what i did is that i always finds a way on how will i make it more challenging..like learn some good spills from my co-worker or reading article on how to give a good customer service..from that way,it made my work a little more challenging..

YEs I love my job. That is why I do not feel bored. Your problem is that you are not satisfied with your job. Try to enjoy your present work or change it. You will then not feel bored.
