shud capital punishment be banned ??

punishing for an act of commission in a manner that we take someones life is justified or not ? shud we adopt some other proceadure by which we can correct the individual who has coommtied a crime ?

I do not believe in capital punishment. I believe it should be banned 2 wrongs dont make a right. murder is murder.
