The choice between Life or Uncertainties for your unborn

I came to ponder on this topic when i was watching again one of my favorite shows. My husband and i were both on the "we dont know" answers really. It all depends so they say will be the common answer. What choice will you make when u discover that your unborn baby might suffer some life long disorder or mental illness when he is born? And a simple blood test offered to show that he might be born with a disorder of the spine or underdeveloped brain. Will u take away his chance to live in order to save him from suffering and as well as save ur yourself from the burden? Or will you take the chance and hope and pray that he will be born healthy and normal? And take the chance and be happy that you will bear his baby whom you have nurtured in your own womb? Wha is the choice that you will take?

This is a difficult question. The answer is to let the child be born. After that, anything can happen. What everyone chooses to be perfection or normal is only the result of the majority agreeing it is so. That does not mean that the majority knows what perfection is. Only the Maker of the universe knows perfection; and in that, everything is perfect. The supposedly imperfect child is very much perfect. Anything or anyone appearing different or abnormal is only thought to be so through comparison. All creations, including this child, are perfect. No one has the knowlwdge of what is not perfect.

That is true. I dont want to take away that chance from my baby to decide how to live his life. Although i cant take away the thought that maybe my decision will be it depends if it will also jeopradize my life or something as a mother to be. There's also no certainty such test are accurate so i would rather take the chance when everything else is normal, healthwise on my case.

In my opinion... I would rather have my baby than commit abortion... Its still my child and no matter what is his/her condition... I would choose to give him the chance to live... I would care for him/her no matter what. If in time,... God will take him/her away from me... I know that I made her feel the best love she/he can ever had...

I would choose to have the baby. Even scientist can't really say how a baby is going to be born. It is not right to take the life of the unborn child. Who are we to determine that since the child might have a deformity than we will not have the child. So---we only give birth to perfect babies? What a sad world if that is the case. The one question I want to pose to you is what if you weren't perfect. Would you want your mom to abort you?
