Its been a practice for me that I brush my teeth every after meal, I feel I am not confident in having conversation if I dont brush my teeth after eating.

I wish I had that discipline, but I really can't carry around a toothbrush everywhere I go.
I do however carry a calculator everywhere I go! LOL

I usually brush mine two times a day but sometimes three times.

I used to brush my teeth only once a day. When I got up in the morning but my dentist told me it is best to brush twice a day. In the morning when you get up and right before you go to bed at night. He told me if you only brush once the best time would be to brush right before you go to bed so the things you have eaten wouldn't sit on your teeth all night. So now I brush my teeth twice a day. In the morning when I get up and right before I go to bed at night. I rinse my mouth in between those times.

Yes that is very true.
If you let the stuff sit in your teeth over night, it attracts bacteria and such which decay your teeth.
