Does my friend will lose 25% of his earning to me ?Or it just an exatra money from the web .Another question is ,If I want to introduce the web to some forums(discussion) .which website should I leave ?And how can I make most of them write my e-mail on when he or she apply my lot ?thank you !

No, your friend will still earn what he's supposed to. You just make 25% of what he/she does. It doesn't come from them, it comes from Mylot.
