Do YOU Skip Breakfast? Why?

i don't skip breakfast intentionally, only when I get up late. How about you? Do you skip breakfast? WHy?

Hi vamisola. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is necessary to eat our breakfast everyday. I don't skip meals in the morning because I know it would be of great advantage if you’re going to eat your breakfast. When we eat, it gives us energy for the whole day, thus we can do our routine activities without getting tired easily. We can finish our work faster without hassle. Our health also will be in good hands. That's it. Have a nice day and God speed!

I try not to miss it, but after a few weeks off from work and waking up later than usual, I think my intestines have shrunk and doesn't crave for food in the early mornings. But, missing breakfast is not good, it suppose to be the most important meal of the day. I feel bad not taking care of myself. Thanks for the reminder.

I take my breakfast rather late, but I never skip it-instead I skip lunch. My friends say i rather have lunch and miss supper but I find that really hard to change!

I always have to have something in the morning, whether it's a quick bowl of cereal or grabbing an apple out the door.

Food - With soup.
I don't skip breakfast. In fact I eat plenty during breakfast to tackle the work for the day. Accordingly, this is how it should be as we do many things during the day.

Well do to the odd hours i keep i really only eat two meals a day. Sort of a breackfast around 11:00am and i eat dinner around 6 or 7pm. I think it equals out though because i eat rather hefty servings at those two meals. And it seems to have helped me keep my weight in check with no problems. I never feel hungry with these eating habits. I guess i'm a fairly healthy person,no real problems to speak of.

I usually eat a bigger breakfast. That gives me the gas to go all day. You burn off the calories throughout the day anyway so why not eat a big breakfast

I only skip breakfast if I don't give myself enough time in the mornings. If I get up late then I really don't eat it. Lately I have been skipping it but I'm trying to get back on track and eating it again.

I don't eat breakfast very often. I guess i am just used to it cause now i find it hard to eat cause i feel sick when i do. If i eat a late breakfast then it's usually ok but I really can't eat when I first get up.
