whom should i listen to MOTHER or my GIRLFRIEND?

First preference must be given to mother as she has endured lot of pains for us since pregnancy. Girl friend comes in second priority. She may be with you life long and may not be, it is not sure. So better you decide to stay near mother and try to convince your so called girl friend the situation you are facing or mother will face. Even you can keep contact with girl friend from other office. This will increase your profoundness towards each other. Nearness may cause damage your relationship. If you are far from sight for at least office hours and when you will meet your girl friend, the intensity of love will be doubled/tripled. Spend few evening hours with her also and try to convince any how. If she loves you really she will understand your problem and help accordingly.

This has nothing to do with being a mommys boy.maby your mother needs you to be near her for support, if thats not the issue than tell your mother about your girlfriend and your reasons for wanting to go.She has to let you go some time but sometimes its hard for mothers to do.
