Can you get Pregnant at all with an IUD??????

What are the chances of becoming pregnant with an iud? I know its a very small chance if theres any chance at all, is it always a tubular pregnancy? how is it you can become pregnant when you have an iud? thanks for all responses

I have used IUD for more than 1 year, I was active and I didnt get pregnant...I think its safe to use it.

The chances of getting pregnant with an IUD are very low. On the packaging it says that the IUD is 99% effective, so it is possible, but not likely. If you do get pregnant while the IUD is in, the chances are high that will end in a miscarriage. (There is the chance that it will be a successful pregnancy though.) It is possible because sometimes the IUD gets dislodged or expelled.
