When you have plenty of work, you get stressed out. When you have plenty of problems at home, you get stressed out too. When you have plenty of bills to pay and you are in debt, you get really stressed out. There are plenty of situations that can make us feel stressed out. How do you relieve your stress? I want to know because I'm always busy with plenty of things. I know that I'm not yet stressed out at the moment but I know that I will be sooner or later. Besides I think too much which makes me prone to that and to depression too. I've heard that working women who are always stressed out are most likely to get infertile early. That worried me. Do you know any ways on how to relieve STRESS??? ^^

Yes, as a uni student I always experience stress. It is quite difficult sometimes, but I have learnt to deal with stress by thinking about the situations of other people who are less advantaged as I am - for example, I try to think about what I would be doing now if I was still poor and unable to afford uni - my situation would've been far more worse than what I am stressing over now, so then I just consider that I shouldn't stress about it because it really isn't a big deal. Then again - I wonder if this is just suppressing stress? hopefully it is not. Another way that I relieve stress is to find some friends to hang out with and immediately my stress levels go down - I can also talk about what I am stressing about with my friends because they probably would be experiencing the same thing.

Wow! Good ideas! I've tried talking to someone. Apparently it was helpful because I was able to calm down afterwards but when the thought hits me again, it still makes my blood boil. Oh well, I guess that can't be helped. Anyway, thanks for the response ^^
