What on earth happened?

I signed on and I had 1001 posts. I replied to 3 posts and my count dropped to 1000. What the heck is going on? I don't see anything missing.
Anyone else have this happen?

My post dropped from 2077 to 2056 while I was posting yesterday morning - a drop of 21 posts, but my earnings and rating remained the same.
I presume that discussions were deleted, but I do not respond to the type of discussion that gets deleted, so I'm at a loss to understand why I would drop 21 points.
It doesn't bother me, because I am not here for the ratings or the earnings (which didn't drop) but for the friendships and the good discussions.

I'm not upset by it I just thought it was weird cause my count was 1001 for two days. Then after I replied to 3 more discussions it dropped down. It was just so weird; that's why I asked.
I don't see anything missing; cause like you I am really careful not to reply to something that might get deleted.

I didn't think you were upset by it - just confused, as we all are when things like this happen.

I have't noticed I look in the morning to see if my count is the same as it was when I logged off the night before and it can go up or down by a couple of points. Except for the terrible day when they must have cleaned up and I lost 50 points. I emailed myLot 4 times asking why and I never gor a response.

yes it happened to me too,many times...or my discussions were deleted..without any reason...i dont know why they are doing this...i wish i know...

prehaps you have not posted responses that qualify as being counted? Mabye because they expect them to be 4 lines or more they are not counted. I have no idea how this place works. But I do try to get my respones to be more than 2 lines at least. I know it's not easy but when you sit & think about it just for a min then you realise that you can do it better then you have been. I know since I have been posting better I have not missed 1.
