yes, i have heard of a few - apparently - if your ip is not static then you can change it in command prompt by typing in some code - but if your ip is static as most broadband users are then you cannot do that then. I think i heard of some website which shows you how to bypass the waiting time by typing in some java code in the address bar - ive tried it but it doesn't work. That's the reason why I am trying to make money on online sites so I can use it to pay for a rapidshare account.
