I really am conscious with my teeth. Aside from being big, they are also yellowish. I follow proper brushing and I also brush my teeth regularly. Sometimes, I even brush it more than what's recommended, but still nothing happened. Can you help me with this?Whats the secret of having whiter teeth?

you need to cut down on anything that stains your teeth like caffeine chocolate sugary foods. then find some good toothpaste and buy a tooth whitening kit from the chemist and use it 2 or 3 times a week at the beginning. i donmt know where you live but you have to be careful with tooth whitening kits and whitening toothpaste (a good toothpaste is sarakan and also use the mouthwash you can find it in health shops) as it can take the enamel off your teeth another home remedy could be mixing fresh lemon juice with cold fresh water drink 3 glasses a day. you could also try cutting a small piece of the lemon and rubbing it on the front and back of the teeth. within a few weeks you should notice the difference

Here is good tip to treat yellowish teeth. Always keep your stomach cool. Take some sea salt. Mix 3 to 4 drops mustard oil with it. Rub the mixture on your teeth. Do it regularly two times a day. You will get good result.

Ok ignore the dentist idea coz that's costly. Here in Australia there are other options, you can use a whitening toothpaste which will gradually whiten your teeth as you brush, you should also use a mouthwash! Or there are Macleans whitening strips, you put them on your teeth for a little while & after a couple of weeks you should be able to see the difference. I'd go with the whitening toothpaste first & see what happens - brush them twice a day or if you're over excited about that, 3 times a day (after every meal). Good luck with that & i'm sure if you persist, things will work out for you, it just takes a little time!
