Setting up the Pool for the summer

Okay I am getting antsy already to put up our pool for the summer. We have one of those that you just spread out and then fill with water and it rises. Anyway I know its a bit to early to set it up, but I am already getting that urge. When do you think is a good time to set it up? Do you have a backyard pool of somekind? If so what kind?

We have had a pool. But not any longer when we moved from Florida to here...we sold it. We figured we would just get another when we moved up here. Those pools never seem to fit back into the box the same way it came out. ha ha But when we did have a pool. We would not set it up until the kids were out of school. Which would be the first week of June. By that time, it was sure to not get too cool for swimming and the ground has warmed up enough to retain heat from the sun. Oh...plus, it gave the kids something to look forward to when school let out. :)

A lot of things do not fit right in the box when taken out. And a pool is the worst thing to try and put back in the box, especially if it was just blown out!! That makes it harder, because of all the air in it still. I bet that it was something very special that the kids looked forward to each day. :D That sounds very fun...and it is making me even antsier just thinking about summer, pools, and the nice, toasty sun!! :) Ahhh

I would be getting antsy too! I am getting antsy about school being over and summer coming!! There is only 22 days left of school, and they are flying by fast. Just have to make sure that my grades fly with it! LOL :) I think a good time to start setting up your pool would be when it starts getting warmer, and stays warm. Or at the end of May, beginning of June! That is exciting. We use to have a pool before we moved here to Oklahoma. And, it was one of those big family sized blow up ones. It was still very fun though. I don't know if we are going to get a pool this year. We almost did last year, but they seemed to be all sold out, and they never came back in stock. It rained a lot last summer in the beginning! :( I hope that this summer is a lot brighter, and I am able to get a nice tan!! :D Thinking positive!
