Convenience store robberies!!!

It's getting more and more common nowadays. Through TV, they are showing convenience store robberies all the time now. Why isn't the cops doing anything about it? They've got the guy's picture and everything, but they can't catch a single guy and therefore it's prompting more robberies and con artist. What do you guys think? Do you guys think we have a failing policing system?

Every where world wide police system is not proper. It is really a waste of civil money that we are paying them! We all civilian are paying taxes and those money are used to pay these civil service persons!
But they are just getting their monthly salary plus they will harrass small thiefs and street mafias to gain extra money! This is now their main work!
So in my opinion we are living in a society where the police system has already become failure!!

I think so, sadly and the ironic part of it all is that we do live in one of the wealthiest countires in the world. These third world countries have problems with police because of poverty, and our police won't move a finger since they're busy eating donuts. What's going on here?

I know the convenience store down the road from me still gets robbed after it is shut down. I have seen it were the glass was broken before.I am not sure if the police are really to concerned much at all. Usally by the time they get there the robber has already gotten away.
