Do you always check the calorie content or fat content of your food? For what reasons?

I never checked the nutritional facts for any of the food that I ate before I had my baby. I used to love fast food and desserts. However, that has changed since I became pregnant because I had to watch what I eat. My blood sugar was in the high normal level. Despite gaining just the acceptable number of pounds during my pregnancy, I had to cut down on calories, carbohydrates and fats. Thus, the habit just continued on until I delivered my baby. I was nursing him, too, which gave me more reasons to keep my diet low in sugar and fat. That does not mean that I don't indulge in Big Macs and ice cream once in a while. They'rer just too good to give up entirely.

i rarely do. most of the time, i eat fruits and veggies and im pretty sure that those foods are healthy. but sometimes i do eat some processed foods, just to reward myself sometimes. i won't deprive myself from the good and yummy foods out there. i don't watch at the fat or calorie content of the food since it would just make me conscious and guilty when i eat it and i might lose my appetite.

ya ! we all know how to deal with our diets as we all are educated and know our daily food requirement according to the latest research of the RDA system ,it recommend that our daily diets should be compossed of every type of vitamin and mineral in a correct sequence not that we eat toooooo much junk food with no vit no minerals in that or if the fat content is too high for some fatty people or too low for some more than salendar people we check our calorie content or fat content to access our dietry needs if they are too high for our requirement or too low.than thats really not good it is also checked for the different type of people as in teenage or in adoulacent or any desease so as to get a proper diet and live haelthy as ; a healthy diet keeps a person haelthy ,wealthy and wise.
