ideas for getting referrals?

how about this idea to get referrals for programs. everyone lists up to 5 programs they want referrals for we add these links to a list on 1 page and rotate the links. so for example, theres 10 links on the page every week we rotate the affiliate links for each link and we all advertise the same page. we can advertise on search engines, traffic exchanges, classifieds, forums. so how do we make the page? i can make a simple 1 page without a popup. each page has 20 links on it and each referral link will rotate every 7 days. ill add google adsense or bidvertiser to the top and also banners for any programs. i can also add a link list of 20 links which can link to peoples blogs and we can also rotate this list. what do you think of this idea do you think it will work. if you have your own bidvertiser or ad codes i can rotate the adcodes aswell. do you think this is a good idea? what ideas do you have for getting referrals id be happy to know thanks
