A horse is tied to a 15 foot rope and there is a bail of hay 25 feet away from him. Yet the horse is able to eat from the bail of hay. How is this possible? Please don't look up the answer, it ruins the fun. Thank you!

He's tied to his tail. The head and body and tail is around 10 feet? I'm not sure how big a horse is though.
