To me it means that the foolish man is always chasing happiness because he can not find happiness where he is at. The wise man finds happiness where he is at right now.

What is happiness is depend on your feeling.no result for one to seek happiness.It always around us.If you do not feel happiness,the reason is you only.happiness still stay there.
