Weight loss

I want to reduce lil bit of my weight but there are no gym nearby.I am also not very keen of dieting because i love eating.(I don't eat a lot though)Is there any good way to reduce weight??? U can share your experience of how you reduced your weight.

You don't really need a gym to lose weight. Try to walk instead of taking the bus or driving. Cycling is a good way too. Use the stairs instead of the escalators or the elevators. Basically anything that can be done without the use of technology is a good way to exercise. Do you have any dogs or children? Take them to the park everyday and play something with the dogs/children that requires you to run around and such.

I am still working on my weight loss. It is a tough task, that seems to take longer to lose than it did to put on, if you know what I mean. I find that walking has been my best form of exercise. If you can, treadmills, aren't that expensive and are great if you can't go for walks outdoors. Also, invest in a few low aerobic work out dvds. They also help, especially when the weather is blah.
