It is a good courtsey to say something when someone give you thanks. I used to say welcome. Some people use no mention. What about yours? Which is the best to say after thanks? Share your views

It is like i am programmed to say, "Your very welcome!" I always say this at work when i'm talking to my customers over the phone. But its true that not many people say anything back if someone says thanks.

Your welcome is the standard response, but people say things like, don't worry about it, it was nothing no need to thank me no I thank you!

I would say 'you are welcome' or 'you are very much welcome'.
