seems like you're referring to forums. if you're interested in making a forum, i suggest you look for hosting service with phpBB or vbBulletin support. its the easiest to use. as for the referrals, you'll need a separate script for it, and may cost you a bit.

the referral thing was just an example! I don't want referrals I was basically saying that I need something that will allow my website vissitors to register and login and to a number of other tasks basically!
