build bridges or tear down walls?

which of the two would you most probably do to enhance/promote communication? for me, tearing down walls of division seems a bit more challenging considering that a conflict must have already existed between the two parties, but building bridges could be a very rewarding experience.

Agree with you that tearing down walls is a tall order. In the first place, distrust, misunderstanding or even betrayal have led to the walls being erected. It's always no easy task to rebuild trust and restore broken relationship or mend broken promises. Building bridges requires lots of initiative, sincerity and patience before you see results.
