Death penalties .. should it be discarded in your country..

Its harsh, babaric, overtaken by events. Criminal conviction through hanging is unjustified. Nobody in the world should convict innocent bieng. Sometimes you are innocent only to end up on noose. Sadam hussein was hanged.. It realy disturbs me. He was suppose to be sentenced life imprisonment... So many others are waiting to be hanged!! Do you support death penalty on this 21st century?
