I feel sooo worn out early in the morning.....!!!!

I dont know whats wrong with me,but i feel verry down today.Got up in the morning,and i felt like i never should've woken up.The heat is on already,soo humid.I've got exams from wednesday and i still havent started my prep...Plzzz help me!

It must be from the stress from your exams that are keeping you up at nights and affecting your sleep - i often get this as well. Drink some green tea - it usually works to keep my concentration for me. It helps you relax as well. Try to look for past year exams or at least try to get hold of exercise questions - being able to answer these questions should be enough to prepare for exams.

Sounds to me like a hangover . LOL. nah u should start the morning off with some good streches, then to the shower, have ur bowl of weaties and hit them books... Good luck.
