The story of advertisement

One Mylot member asked me to write more stories about the invention of useful things. Now I am writing the story (It is a real incident) as to how the professional advertisement started. I am not naming the country and let us call this "A". There was a city by name clled "B" and a street "C". There were two rival shoe merchants "X" and "Y". In a fine morning one merchant exhibittd an advertisement about his product "the best shoe shope in this city." The next day his rival friend exhibitted another " Please visit our shop for the best shoes in this country "A". The first merchant the very next day exhibited another notice " Please visit us for the best shoes in this contienent". His friend revised the board as " the best shop in the world" Do you know , what the notice board of his fiend said in the morning " Please visit the best shoe shop in this STREET" There was no reply from his friend for this advt.
