do you enjoy friendships with those who have distinct differences? why? I like friends who are similar to me in some ways and different to me in other ways. Some of my values are very important to me and i could not be friends with someone who did not share my feelings over certain issues. However, i think opposites attract and compliment one another. Therefore some differences are also vital.

i appreciate friendships, and i like to make friends with someone who have a different character with me. i'm a gug who is not good at expressing my feelings to others, so i would rather to be a listener, and when i together with my friend, they like to share their experience and happiness with me, it's really can open my point of view, thought sometimes i can't agree with them ,but these won't affect our friendships.

No, I don't enjoy that kind of friendship, there are some differences but not everything, coz how can you be good friends if your opposite to each other, how can you share your feelings to her if she don't want to share her feelings too. Somehow not all things must be similar the importance is both together has same beliefs and not making transparent to each other.

I prefer both because it gets really boring fast if you have someone that you are similar to. I think variety is better.

Yes I always prefer to have friends having something in common. It is always good to have them than to have soe friends not having a similar likes because it will leads to more conflicts and misunderstanding.

well they say that birds of the same feather flock together... so usually, i prefer friends that are similar with me in terms of opinions or values... but i accept anyone which i can truly trust and confide with... =)

I really can't make up my mind between those two options. Personally I love having diverse friends, some similar to me and others different. I can learn a lot from both groups and have heaps of fun. Of course it can lead to some difficulties in the sense that not all of my friends match up but I just try to compartmentalize in some sense, that is I don't try to mix friends that are very different.
