Weight loss!!

I want to start losing weight :( My eating habits.. are unhealthy but i know that eventually im gonna have to start eating healthy again. Anybody has any tips?

Learn how to read your nutritional facts label.That is really important.Some things say they are 'fat free' of 'low fat' are not really.Try using Mrs.Dash for seasoning instead of salt.Try baking all your meats instead of frying them.Do not eat alot of breads.I hope this helps.

First make up your end I will do this.Stop taking any type sugar or sugar mixed items.Eat as much as u need in the breakfast time. Lunch 50% of what you are taking now 0% for dinner. I can guarantee within one or two months your weight/fat will be reduced.Meanwhile if you feel any giddiness and light fainting you should sugar mixed juice or a sweet toffee, so that sugar level will be reduced considerably.Those are having terminal disease should consult their physician first.
