Have you ever donate blood?

Have you ever donate blood? Is that common in your courtry? I have donated once when I was in univeristy, I think it's OK of helping other people as much as we could, while somebody just believe it's bad for your health, what do you think about it?

No, never, But I would like to donate blood and to help for saving somebody's life. I think to do this very soon, maybe thenext moth. I hope that I will feel food after it, because sometimes I have low blood pressure.
