Do you need more time or you are adaptive person who asimilate the situation quickly and tries to solve the problems? Do you need a support and where you are looking for it: parents, relatives, spouse? Or this is your personal struggle and you prefer to solve the problem alone?

I tend to take things head on and solve my chalenges myself but if there is something I need help or advice on I will ask for it. Usually I am the one everyone comes to not the one with their challenges.

Prayer is my source of strength. When a problem arises, the first thing that comes to my mind is to pray. From there I am guided to making the right decision. Yes, I do need support and that support primarily comes from God. If God wills it that I solve the problem alone, I solve it alone. If He leads me to the next important people in my life, those are, my loved ones, my family and relatives, then I seek their support. As long as I know God can hear and see me, there is no reason for me to fear any problems that I may have in life.

There is an adrenaline rush that comes with fear and you need to learn how to get over that. Actually experiencing the full fear in full dose isn't the best way to go always, but working your way up to it and exposing yourself to that rush wull help it become less and less
