I find that some of the folders in my PC are not deletable. It gives the error "Folder is not empty". Also that deleted files are not visible in recycle bin. What may be the problem ?

Is your folder and files in english? or it using some special language character? You need to change your folder's name to english then delete off.If not, you might want to scan virus on your computer.

No my lang is english. I am able to rename the file. But on deletion the message appears "Folder not empty". This is very unlike the normal way we delete a folder with some files and still find no problem. I may have to enter into the registry and dig out..

Computer Virus - Virus is the most destructive thing you'll ever encounter in a computer.
It could be a virus infection. Sometimes, when a file is infected by a virus, it will run like a system process which we all know, system processes can't be deleted because it's important. When you're noticing that your computer runs slow, then you can bet it's a virus infection. Best solution for this is to reformat your PC. After that, install a VERY good anti-virus app. I recommend ZoneAlarm Security Suite version 7. It's all-in-one suite that includes a very reliable firewall, anti-spyware, and anti-virus too. This is what I use and I'm very happy with it. - Ron Reyes www.ronreyes.co.nr
