are you afraid of snakes?

yes i'm very afraid of snakes.. i don't even want to see them on tv... i don't want to dream about them hehehe but i had this experience that made me able to overcome my fear about snakes...
at the side of our house my brother found a 10-inch of snake unfortunately my brother was also afraid of snakes so what i did i check it out and i saw the snake we tried to kill that snake but the snake was so fast and the snake tried to go inside our house when i saw that i realized that it will be dangerous for my mom coz most of the time my mom was the only left at home so i never stop chasing the snake until i killed it by just using a huge wood and i never stop hitting that snake until it's dead and i also burned it hehehe...
how about you guys are you also afraid of snakes?do you have any stories to share about them?^_^

OK I Think I am losing my mind :) I Typed out a huge response here and posted it but its not there..
I also like you am soo scared of snakes.. Can not watch it on tv or i have nighmares.. cant be near them at all in person.. at the zoo i am the one waiting outside of the building. I love turtles but will not go view them as they are in the same building as the snakes :)

oh sorry for that maybe mylot had a problem a while ago... anyways i wish i could be other people that are brave and can touch the snakes like they do hehehe... and i hope will never have that kind of experience coz i don't know if i will still be able to kill it... thanks for your response..

this is the first time that i have come across a person who is too afraid of snakes as to even take a look at them. for me, snakes are something to fear, alright, but they are such beauty as they are.

i am not that fearful of snakes. i am used to seeing them around. there are plentiful of them at the farm. i have to take care though that i do not scare any of them lest they bite me. the pythons though are the ones to be afraid of the most. the big ones are known to have a man for a meal if the opportunity for it is there.

yeah that's true coz many farmers became victims of these big snakes...that's horrible.. i hate snakes T_T thanks for your response...

of course dear..i'm so afraid of snakes..my gosh!! last year, i had an experience to see a snake just beside me when i'm cleaning the backyard..i'm so afraid and i dont know what to do.. his eyes is so red, he's also have a red skin and i really hate his tongue that is coming out..i dont really want to touch snakes, i'm afraid of it...

good thing that the snake didn't bite you but just in case you will see again a snake in your house or in the backyard i suggest make sure you will be able to kill it to avoid them from growing it's much harder to kill those snakes if they are bigger and longer... ^_^ thanks for your response..

im not that afraid of snakes as much as i was afraid of spider and cockroaches.
i have seen snakes and i have touch one. im a little uneasy about touching it because it might bite you, but its really nice and really heavy.
