do you stretch upon waking up?

its better than yoga or tai chi. well, not really better but i can say and gurantee that this can equal their effects in the long run. upon waking up in the morning, try to stretch your arms, legs and torso. it wil make you feel refreshed and make your muscles feel taut. try it, i've been doing it everyday for almost a year now and i've never felt any better. try it! and tell me how it has affected you. :) mkay?

I don't stretch in the mornings...but after reading this I think I should! I didn't know it would do all these things for you. I'm glad that it has affected you positively, and I will let you know what it does for me! Thanks for the good advice!
