here is a photo of an egg delicay called 'balut'. would you dare eat some of it??? you've seen it in survivor, and it doesn't taste bad... it's actually yummy!

Baluuuuut! Yummy duck's eggs. I always eat balut when I see one. Sometime's we buy directly from Pateros. And have it cooked in our house. I sipping the egg's juice, putting a little salt will make it tastier. After taking off all the shell I eat fiers the duckling, but I preffere it softer. I do not want those that has hard bones coz it is hard to chew. And finally I eat my favorite part , the yellow orange thingy. It looks like a hard yolk. I also want it soft or else I won't eat it. Speaking of which, I will buy some later!

What exactly is it? I like eggs. Is it raw? From a fish? Explain please. Thank you.

It's not raw nor from a fish. It's a duck egg. The egg contains a premature duck, about 20-25 days old. together with the duckling is a yolk that's really yummy. It also contains a small amount of soup-like fluid which taste best when added with a litte salt.

I like eating balut. Every year I am eating it. It tastes better with salt.
