Coffee shop question

You are seriously going to open a coffee shop? WOW! I LOVE coffee shops from commercialized franchizes right down to mom and pops shops. I love fresh coffee. Once i get a bad cup of coffee that has been sitting too long in the pot I will think twice about going there again. I also love (hard to do with franchize coffee shops) but I also love the homebaked "cinnamon buns, cookies, etc.." I need to have great customer service. I need someone to warmly greet me and seem to be genuine with wanting to assist me. Also if I am a regular visitor (and with any good coffee shop, I am)I would love for the server to know my order, but that's asking a lot lol! I love the coffees that they offer in the QT. All those wonderful hot or cold, frothy or plain ones.

I don't go to mine often, but I did last night with a fried. The prices are always pretty high and I don't like that. I know coffee and cappucinos are more expensive than soda or pop, but it's hard to be able to always afford to go there. I like that they have those 'Jones' sodas, although I've personally never had one. They also have a huge selection of flavors for soda water and that is what my friend had. I'd like one of those punch cards? You know, where you visit and buy a coffee and you get a punch on this card, so that when you reach 10 punches, you get a free coffee.
