I think you have to break off the relationship if you are not happy with that person. It's better to talk it out with your partner as the feeling might be mutual and you might just end up cheating on each other.

If you are truely unhappy with your partner then you should move on and allow your partner the oprotunity to find someone that can be happy with them. Personally, if I am in a ralationship, weather I am happy or not, I WILL NEVER CHEAT. When you do cheat it lessens your character and it makes it easier to do it again, not to mention the obvous that it hurts the person you are with and complicates matters expodentially. No I think if your not happy with them then you should let them know. Its wrong for you to keep them hanging on if you know that your not happy together. No matter what the situation is. Its wrong to cheat.

Do the right thing and break up with them, then you can both play around as much as you want without hurting anyone. By sticking around when you are unhappy, you are just prolonging something that will end up hurting you both even more. Cheating doesn't solve any problems, it's just a way of avoiding them and creating more at the same time.
