Do you think that the rite to have the death penalty done should belong to the person who did the crime? Or do you think that the court has the rite to decide weather or not the person gets to live.. My thought on this is they say that it is wrong to kill but then again when some one else does some thing really wrong they are saying that it is ok to kill. And I find that it is sending out the wrong message to alot of people because they see that some one can have the death penalty done and that is ok because the Jury in the court decided it, But then if some one else kills some one you go to jail,
